Welcome to Hotcake ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website, mobile application, and services (collectively, the "Platform"). By accessing or using the Platform, you ("User," "you," "Escort," or "Client") agree to be bound by these Terms.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY: THESE TERMS CONTAIN A BINDING ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER SPECIFIC TO NIGERIA jurisdiction.

2. Definitions

  • "Platform" refers to the Hotcake website and mobile application.
  • "Escort" refers to a User who registers to offer companionship services.
  • "Client" refers to a User who registers to book services.
  • "Services" refers to the facilitation of connections between Escorts and Clients.

3. Eligibility

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.

Compliance: You agree to comply with all applicable laws in Nigeria.

4. Nature of Services

Platform as a Venue: Hotcake is a communications platform. We do not provide escort services ourselves.

Independent Contractors: Escorts are independent contractors, not employees of Hotcake.

5. User Conduct

Prohibited Activities: You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for illegal purposes
  • Harass or harm another person
  • Submit false information
  • Infringe upon others' rights

6. Fees and Payments

The Platform charges fees for certain features. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

READ CAREFULLY: IT LIMITS OUR LIABILITY TO YOU.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither You nor the Company shall sue the other party for claims arising from interactions between Clients and Escorts arranged through the Platform.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
